We offer a 15-day refund policy for our software as a service (SaaS) products. This means you have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your subscription must be active and in good standing. You must not have violated our terms of service or used the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your account details and reason for the refund in your request.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Custom development or implementation services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Enterprise plans with negotiated contracts may have different refund terms as specified in the contract.

Cancellation of Service

Upon processing your refund, we will cancel your subscription and revoke access to the service. Any data associated with your account may be deleted as per our data retention policy.

Prorated Refunds

For subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis, we may offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your service if you cancel after the 15-day refund period.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This is in addition to our standard 15-day refund policy.

Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds if we detect excessive refund requests or any fraudulent activity.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
